" I recently moved to Ventura & shortly after, developed a cracked crown. I called several DDS offices, to find Camarillo Smiles. As a 1st time customer, I was able to schedule an appointment within one-week. Ahead of my appointment, the office emailed me my new patient paperwork, which I completed ahead of the visit. On the day of my visit, Asia assisted me & offered polite service & welcomed me. Then Eddie called my name & escorted me to my room. Eddie assessed my cracked crown, & began to take x-rays of my teeth. Eddie quickly said I’d need a second crown replaced. Eddie worked up the numbers with my insurance & I agreed to the second crown. Then Dr. Ameen came in, greeted me, & got right to work. The numbness shots were done properly. Dr. Ameen was attentive to me as he kept asking me if I was okay. Dr. Ameen then identified a cavity that was near the crown to be replaced; Dr. Ameen fixed anything he noticed to be a concern. The procedure took a little under 2-hours. I was impressed they had blocked the doctor for me for this procedure on a first time visit. I was given a temporary crown set. My out of pocket cost was exactly what I was told it would be. Eddie even offered additional dental services as I was leaving. They scheduled my return visit for my permanent crowns to be installed. The staff was very friendly as I left. This was my first visit & I felt welcomed & at home. I will be bringing back my family to Dr. Ameen at Camarillo Smiles. "
