" I've been visiting this office exclusively for around 30 years and have watched it grow to its current state. Had I posted this review when Dr. Czubiak was the only dentist to work on me, I would have easily given it 5 stars... and to this day, the staff there remain friendly and professional (certainly deserving of better than 3 stars). But the reason I go to the dentist is to identify and address dental issues, hopefully before they become more involved (and expensive) problems. My care since Dr. Czubiak left has been less than satisfactory, having resulted in missed cavities that turned into needed root canals or extractions. The priority seemed to have shifted to just getting you in for frequent cleanings (and I mean very frequent; above what insurance covered) as opposed to a thorough, regular exam at least annually. Part of the problem was not having a 'regular' dentist to work with as I found myself calling to schedule an appointment with my dentist (Dr. Czubiak) only to be seen by whoever was available. Even after specifying I only wished to be seen by a particular dentist, I would still find myself scheduled with a new dentist I had never met before. After a rough stretch with Dr. Edie following Dr. Czubiac's departure from practice (a letter would have been nice), I am now working with Dr. Daniel . I hope to maintain the relationship till my death, provided the focus is on taking care of my teeth by identifying and correcting problems before they become even bigger problems, as opposed to just simply cleaning them and letting that suffice for 'total dental care'. "

I am really sensitive to cold water and they use warm water when cleaning your teeth. They told me things about my breathing and mouth that I've never heard before.
